The group operates three in-house companies to cover all property maintenance requirements.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Claims Handler located in Studley, Warwickshire with some work-from-home options available. The Claims Handler will be responsible for managing insurance claims, handling claims inquiries, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently. The day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, insurers, and other relevant parties, as well as maintaining accurate records of all claims activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.QualificationsClaims Handling and Claims Management skillsExperience with Insurance Claims and Insurance companiesStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in relevant computer software and systemsPrevious experience in the property maintenance or a related industry is a plus
