Our 22-bedroom boutique hotel offers 60 covers across our restaurant and bar, with a seasonal menu built around locally sourced, foraged produce.We are a destination dining venue, offering afternoon tea, Sunday lunch, and private dining, and we're now looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our team and help us achieve further culinary accolades.The RoleAs Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, while driving commercial success.
