What You'll Be Doing: Building complex vehicle and equipment circuitry with precision and pride. Installing electrical components into vehicle cabs pulling cables, wiring panels, mounting gear. Working hands-on with 24V systems and reading detailed schematics. Crimping, ferruling, cable routing, and all the nuts-and-bolts of great electrical work. Troubleshooting and problem-solving in collaboration with supervisors to keep things moving smoothly. What We're Looking For: A strong background in electrical engineering and practical industrial experience. Recognised qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ). Confidence reading and working from schematic drawings. Skilled in using standard electrical tools and performing quality self-checks.
