With continued growth and investment, its a fantastic time to become part of a dynamic and evolving finance team.In this varied role, you will gain end-to-end exposure to business partnering, including:Budget and forecast creationMonth-end reportingStakeholder engagement and managementThis position offers excellent development potential for a finance professional looking to build their career in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.ResponsibilitiesMonth End SupportOversee the posting of month end postings ensuring correct categorisation and resolution of discrepancies.Ensure accurate posting of overtime, real-time deductions, insurance and property and resolve any discrepancies.Production of monthly reporting including commentaryGovernanceEnsure accurate balance sheet management and regular rolling forward of financial files.Support the management of the duty deferment account.Manage and collaborate with sites to resolve any outstanding issues related to purchase orders.Budgeting and ForecastingMaintain and update all cost and budget models with relevant data, working with the Finance Business Partner Team to enhance models to provide better management information.Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of budget and forecast reporting within deadlines.ReportingSupport with the preparation and reporting of national statistics as required by regulatory bodies.Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other departments.Support the maintenance and distribution of weekly financial reports.Skills, Qualifications and Experience:Advanced Excel skillsGood Microsoft office skillsAble to build strong relationships with non- financial managersPart Qualified CIMA/ACCAExperience of producing annotated monthly management accountsFull Clean driving license (travel to sites will be a requirement)
