Job DescriptionOffice Administrator Landscaping Sector GL6 8PE | 26,000 28,000 | Full-Time Im currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing landscaping business, who are looking for a confident and detail-driven Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable working with data and systems, and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive office environment.The Role:Youll play a key part in supporting the Grounds Maintenance Manager and wider team to ensure smooth project delivery and accurate reporting. Responsibilities include:Reviewing performance data from grass-cutting teams and reporting on contract deliveryChecking data input to ensure accurate invoicing at month-endPreparing and submitting quotations, method statements and risk assessmentsOrdering materials and plant for projectsPrinting and compiling project job packs, including RAMS, job cards and tree surveysWhat Theyre Looking For:Strong administrative skills and confidence with systems like Microsoft Excel and SageA good eye for detail and ability to analyse dataA basic understanding of Health & Safety (RAMS training can be provided)Previous experience in construction or landscaping admin is desirableThe Offer:Salary: 26,000 28,000 depending on experienceHours: MonThurs 8:305:00, Fri 8:302:30Location: Office-based near GL6 8PE25 days holiday (JanDec)3% employer pension contributionFlexible or part-time hours considered (full-time preferred)Full training providedStart date: 4th August 2025If youre looking for a stable, varied role in a down-to-earth and busy business, Id love to hear from you.
