Housekeeper - Full Time - 35 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, as you will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the property. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that all items are cleaned and returned efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred. Janitorial experience is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
