TIG Welder/Fabricator Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Salary: From 35,000 - 40,000(DOE) A fantastic client of ours are looking for a skilled TIG welder/fabricator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend to permanent employment. This role involves producing high-quality stainless steel BBQ grills for commercial and residential use, including bespoke, top-chef-designed custom builds. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and assemble components to specifications Perform TIG welding tasks (primarily stainless steel) Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and manipulate materials Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular checks Perform occasional delivery drops and customer site visits Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace Requirements: Solid TIG welding skills (essential) Experience with fabrication and assembly Proficient with hand tools and power tools Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations Experience working with sheet metal is preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to read technical drawings 2 years minimum TIG welding experience Full UK Driving license and car Advantageous / Desirable: Experience operating a press brake, sheet metal guillotine, sheet metal rolls, drill press, etc. Purge welding process experience Metal finishing of work after welding Some assembly work from time to time (non-repetitive) Fitting materials or parts to finished products If you're a skilled TIG welder/fabricator with an eye for detail and a passion for creating top-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.
