We are expanding our warehouse team in Stratford-upon-Avon and are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to help lead daily operations.Role SummaryAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the effective day-to-day running of the warehouse, with particular responsibility for Goods In, Goods Out, and team supervision across shifts. Youll be responsible for managing people, stock, and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all warehouse functions including:Receiving and checking incoming stock (Goods In)Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders (Goods Out)Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance across shift patternsEnsure warehouse operations comply with health and safety standardsMaintain accurate records of inventory movements and discrepanciesSupport warehouse staff with training, development, and performance managementCollaborate with logistics and transport partners to meet delivery deadlinesConduct daily and weekly team briefings and shift handoversImplement and improve warehouse SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, especially Goods In/Goods OutDemonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate staffWillingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if requiredBasic IT literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)Excellent communication and organisational skillsA forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)Driver with Car to reach remote location of WarehouseWorking HoursFull-time, rotating shift-based roleShift patterns may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Opportunities for progression and developmentSupportive team environment within a growing companyThink you are a great fit?
