Collections Advisor Location: Hybrid (3 days in Stratford-upon-Avon) Salary: 26,000 Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, shifts between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri We're seeking a confident and customer-focused Collections Advisor to support customers with resolving outstanding utility accounts. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, agree payment plans, negotiate solutions, and ensure all account information is recorded accurately.
