As the EPR Customer Representative you will support a portfolio of our key customers by being the primary point of contact. Your main responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the EPR Data Consultant to ensure that timely and accurate submissions are made for our key customers. As well as maximising the value our customers derive from our services, addressing issues proactively, working to ensure our customers goals are understood and met, and leading upselling opportunities.The EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Customer Representative should be a highly motivated, pro-active individual who thrives on delivering customer service excellence, sustaining long-term customer relationships, and contributing to service development based on customer feedback.Key AccountabilitiesAccount ManagementManage a portfolio of accounts covering all Producer Responsibility legislation (Packaging, EPR, Plastic Packaging Tax, WEEE and Batteries) across a multi-tiered service offeringCollaborationCommunicate effectively with EPR Data Consultants to ensure the customers critical path is created, shared, and adhered to.Ensure progress, customer queries and expectations are shared with the Data Insights AnalystTimely and Accurate SubmissionsWork in partnership with the EPR Data Consultant to ensure all submissions are planned and delivered prior to deadlinesEnsuring that data submitted to the relevant authorities complies with legal requirements and regulationsAttend and lead audits of clients data collection methods and submissionsProvide bespoke training and support to customersIndustry 'service knowledgeMaintain an up to date understanding of the wider industry, hot topics, policy updates 'service developmentsCustomer Service ExcellenceBuild and maintain strong working relationships with our customersFacilitating free flow communication between Valpak and our customersShare insight between our customers and the Data Insight AnalystsLead customer meetings & represent Valpak at audits and eventsService GrowthIdentify and understand the needs and goals of the customers and collaborate with the operations team to affect service innovations and enhancementsUse a comprehensive knowledge of Valpak services to generate cross and up selling opportunitiesWhat we need from youSkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA customer-centric approachAbility to quickly take on large quantities of technical informationHighly IT literate in MS suiteSolution orientated problem-solving abilityCollaborative working styleExcellent planning, scheduling and organisation skillsQualificationsFull, clean UK driving licence.Minimum: Educated to at least A level standard or equivalentDesirable: Educated to Degree level or equivalent.What we offerDual Location / Hybrid worker StatusParticipation in our annual Incentive Plan (VIP) - up to 10% bonus25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, volunteering day and your birthday off!Option to buy and sell up to 9 days annual leaveAccess to voluntary benefits including private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, and subsidised gym membershipAutomatic inclusion in Life Assurance, Critical Illness and Disability Income protection schemesPension scheme up to 8% employer contributionAccess to reward & discount platformWellbeing initiatives
