Hair Salon Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at our hair studio in Stratford-Upon-Avon . Duties Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of service. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Mentor and train staff in all hairdressing services, including barbering, session styling. Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Implement upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and increase salon revenue. Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment that reflects our brand values. Foster effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and a positive work atmosphere. Experience Proven experience in store management within the hairdressing industry is essential. Strong background in hairdressing, barbering and customer service, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Experience in front desk operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in mentoring staff and providing constructive feedback. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
