Trusted with the things that matter most.Youll sit right at the centre of leadership, operations and finance, joining the dots, keeping things moving, and making sure nothing gets missed.Supporting senior leaders so they can operate at their best briefings, priorities, board prepOwning documentation, compliance and standards across multiple sitesManaging contracts, suppliers and statutory requirements on behalf of leadershipActing as the bridge between sites and head office clear communication, both waysWorking alongside ops to deliver on the ground and keep things movingSupporting marketing, planning and key events from end to endMaintaining clean data and producing accurate outputs for board reportingSupporting HR admin, payroll and employee records with care and discretionTracking absence, holidays and compliance so nothing slipsSpotting inefficiencies, fixing them, and driving better ways of workingSupporting delivery across projects, seasonal readiness and new initiativeWhat we're looking forExperience in a senior EA or business support role ideally close to leadershipBackground in multi-site environments (hospitality, leisure, retail)Someone who brings structure, calm and order wherever they goStrong attention to detail (you notice what others miss)Discreet, professional and trusted with sensitive informationCommercial awareness you understand what good looks likeConfident working with senior stakeholders at every levelAble to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ballSound great?
