Senior Construction Estimator

Quantity Surveyor RoleWe are seeking a skilled quantity surveyor to join our team.To deliver high-profile projects and contribute to the growth of our multi-discipline team, you will work on frameworks for Sizewell and other prominent clients.Responsibilities:Feasibility Studies and Budget Estimates: You will conduct feasibility studies and prepare budget estimates for civil projects.Tender Documentation: Prepare full building and civil tender documentation including preparation of Bills of Quantities using SMM7, Vector and NBS software packages.Project Valuations and Reporting: Carry out post-contract duties including monthly project valuations, financial reporting and agreement of project final accounts.Requirements:You should have qualifications and experience in Quantity Surveying, with a Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.A strong background in providing Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services on projects in the construction industry utilising the NEC3/4 suite of contracts and JCT suite of contracts is required.Familiarity with Vector Bills of Quantities Production Software and NBS Chorus Software is necessary.Benefits:Competitive salary, car allowance, flexible benefits, pension scheme and personal development programme available.
