This is a significant opportunity to be part of something truly exciting from the ground up.We are currently seeking two experienced Warehouse First Line Managers for the night shift to help shape the future of operations at this flagship site.What You'll Be Doing:Leading a team of approximately 50 warehouse operativesOverseeing operations across inbound, stock put-away, picking, dispatch, and inventorySupporting continuous process improvement while prioritising Health & SafetyCollaborating with Inventory, H&S, Planning, and HR teamsDriving KPI achievement and managing shift efficienciesStanding in for the Shift Manager when required, including handoversEngaging and motivating staff through briefings and clear performance goalsContributing to the setup of new policies, SSOWs, SOPs, and local proceduresIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience managing teams in warehouse, processing, or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) a plusConfident in MS Excel, Word & PowerPointA strong communicator and natural leader who thrives on team engagementProactive approach to implementing structure and supporting operational excellenceWhat's in It for You?Competitive salary31 days annual leave including bank holidaysFree on-site gymSubsidised canteenFree on-site parking with EV charging pointsCycle to Work scheme with secure bike storageStaff discounts across multiple major retailersTPBN1_UKTJ
