We are now looking for an ambitious Care Manager who is eager to take the next step toward becoming a Registered Manager (RM) as part of our exciting growth journey.The Role:As Care Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Your duties will include:Completing detailed care plans and risk assessments.Leading on client onboarding to ensure a smooth and person-centred transition into our services.Conducting regular medication audits to maintain compliance and safety.Supporting the Registered Manager with safeguarding investigations and ensuring timely reporting.Handling and resolving complaints effectively and empathetically.Delivering practical training sessions on Medication Administration and Moving & Handling in our fully equipped on-site training room.Contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.About You:Experienced in care management or senior supervisory roles within domiciliary or supported living services.Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding processes.Confident in delivering training and mentoring team members.Organised, proactive, and a natural problem-solver.Passionate about high-quality care and committed to personal and professional growth.What We Offer:Support with further training and qualifications if desired.Dynamic, supportive, and friendly work environment.Opportunities to grow with an expanding organisation.
