Head of Private ClientPaying up to 80K plus many other benefits and an excellent working environment.The Head of Private Client Role will involve:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop and grow our clients Private Client Department, building upon pre-existing contacts and client network. The role willpredominantly involve estate and tax planning for business owners and their families, and also supervising wills, probate and court of protection matters.Key Responsibilities of the Head of Private Client role include:1. Head and develop a pre-existing team of lawyers and support staff;2. Manage a varied and interesting workload whilst supervising other members of your team;3. Work with the Risk Team to ensure full adherence to compliance policies;4. Agree and deliver department targets;5. Contribute to the growth of the department by means of internal and external businessdevelopment;6. Assist in the training and development of your team (individually and as a group);The ideal Head of Private Client candidate will need to be/have:1. Ability to handle a caseload whilst supervising others;2. STEP Membership;3. IT proficiency;4. Interest in business and their owners and their families;5. 7 plus years qualified;6. Commercial awareness.7. Experience of Administration of taxable estates, Business LPAs, Complex Wills, FamilyInvestment Companies/Partnerships, Tax, Trusts, The Head of Private Client role will offer:1.
