** RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY – MIDDLE EAST | TAX-FREE SALARY **We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead and optimise our procurement function, ensuring the efficient sourcing of specialised materials, products, and services for high-end interior fit-out projects. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, identifying and pre-qualifying new suppliers to meet project needs.Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value without compromising quality.Monitor market trends, pricing, and product innovations to inform purchasing strategies.Implement vendor performance metrics and intervene where necessary to maintain high standards.Ensure accurate record-keeping, timely procurement, and seamless coordination with internal teams.Manage procurement budgets, track inventory, and allocate costs accurately to specific projects.Our Ideal Candidate:10–15 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.Proven background in fit-out contracting, construction, or related industries.Strong negotiation, networking, and vendor management skills.Solid understanding of tender processes, sourcing strategies, and market dynamics.Proficient in procurement software (ERP/MRP) and advanced Excel skills.Positive, assertive communicator with sound business judgement.
