Key Responsibilities: Carrying out a variety of skilled trade work (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, general repairs). Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines. Working independently or as part of a team on site-based projects. Following health 'safety procedures at all times. ?? Requirements: Proven experience across multiple trades. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans. Full UK driving licence (desirable). Own tools preferred but not essential.
