About you Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant (essential) Confident supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour Natural leadership skills with strong communication abilities Flexible and reliable, able to work a rolling rota including weekends A caring, resilient nature with a good sense of humour A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to service location and community access needs) Interviews are being arranged now.
