Job DescriptionContractor Resource Manager | Home-Based | Permanent | up to 35,000Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for your next challenge in the engineering or rail sector?PT Renewables is supporting one of our longest-standing to find their next Contractor Resource Manager.The RoleAs a Resource Manager you'll be to take the lead on sourcing, onboarding, and managing contract staff across a range of technical and operational roles.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in delivering high-profile engineering and infrastructure projects.Your roleLeading the end-to-end recruitment of temporary and contract staff.Working closely with the operations team to plan and allocate resource effectively.Managing onboarding and induction processes to ensure new starters are fully prepared and compliant.Maintaining up-to-date contractor files, competencies, and registers in line with audit and IMS standards.Supporting day-to-day operations through reporting, timesheet processing etc.About you:Recruitment experience, ideally in temporary or contract rolesFamiliarity with the rail, highways, or engineering sectorsFull UK driving licenceStrong Microsoft Office skills - any Recruitment CRM experience a bonus.Understanding of IR35 legislationBenefitsSalary up to 35,000Fully remote working availableBonus incentives availablePension, healthcare and more benefitsIf you have the experience mentioned above, apply today so we can consider your application for the first round of intereviews.
