This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager with an active NMC pin to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on care delivery. About the Role: Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
