No prior sales experience is required full training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided. What matters most is attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.The roleBuilding and managing your own pipeline of prospective SME customersSpeaking with business owners to understand their needs and introduce appropriate logistics solutionsManaging activity and progress through a CRM systemWorking towards clear monthly and quarterly targetsOnboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth golive experienceCollaborating with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experienceThis is a handson, peoplefocused role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and being out in the field.What were looking for: You dont need years of experience.
