Job Description Were working with a fast-growing Microsoft-focused consultancy that specialises in delivering customer engagement and CRM transformation projects across the UK.Theyre looking for someone who sits between a Business Analyst and Functional Consultant but crucially, someone who wants to move further into the technical side of Dynamics 365 CE over time.This is not a pure BA role.Its a career transition role into a hybrid consultant profile.Required Experience2+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant (CRM or business systems)Strong in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and workshop deliveryExperience with process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and writing user stories/specsExposure to CRM platforms.
