The role is key in ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards and comply withBS EN 9001 quality procedures .The RoleAs a Quality Inspector, you will provide guidance, support, and training to the production team, ensuring that manufacturing procedures are followed accurately and consistently. You'll be responsible for monitoring quality throughout the production process, carrying out inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Conducting random inspections during production to ensure compliance with proceduresPerforming end-of-line inspections and documenting results, including photographic evidenceSupporting client visits and preparing conformance packsChecking compliance against engineering drawings and providing support to production teamsMaintaining records of welder qualifications, measuring tools, and calibrationsCarrying out internal audits and reporting findingsInspecting imported goods and galvanising qualityInvestigating and reporting customer complaintsAbout YouStrong experience inquality inspection , preferably withwelding and fabricationCompetent inMS Office , especially Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage and prioritise workload effectivelyStrong customer service mindset and attention to detailPrevious experience in internal auditing and reporting is desirableIdeally 5+ years' experience in a similar quality roleBenefitsCompetitive salary within the advertised rangeOpportunities for career progressionFull-time permanent position?This is a great opportunity for a proactive Quality Inspector to join a professional, supportive production environment and make a real impact on quality standards.About UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
