From this office hub we recruit into Professional services, Finance, Construction & more so there's always a buzz about the place. Your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships with your key stakeholders and you will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates. The desks available have derived their success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients - we need consultants who can make connections with people at all levels through various channels including email, calls & in person meetings. ResponsibilitiesActively source and qualify candidatesManage the client's needs and expectationsMaintaining strong relationships in the marketWorking to improve recruitment efficiencyQualifications/Experience We would welcome applications from experienced Hires or people who are interested in starting a career with Hays at entry-level. This is a Sales based role however so come with an appetite to work to targets & develop relationships with your clients & candidates.
