OverviewConveyancer / Case Handler – New Build Team Location: Teesside, TS18 3DB (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH) Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 Start Date: ASAP (flexible) Salary: up to £30k base + competitive uncapped bonus (£8-10k+ p/a once established) What You’ll DoManage a caseload of New Build transactions from start to finish Provide guidance and updates to clients, developers, introducers & agents Draft contracts, reports, completion packs, statements & invoices Maintain systems and third-party portals (we use Proclaim) Build lasting relationships with referrers through excellent service Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback What We’re Looking ForExperiencehandling/supporting conveyancingtransactions Must havehands-on experiencewith: Source of Fundschecks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly) Searches and sale enquiries(confident in writing up reports, not just ordering) Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills Excellent telephone manner- confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients and building and managing relationships with developers Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus) Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results What You’ll Get in ReturnAsupportive, structured 3-month onboarding programmethat combines classroom/MS Teams training with a gradual build-up of real-life casework - giving you the tools, confidence, and hands-on support to thrive from day one.
