razorblue role:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Head of Marketing to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will encompass:Strategic Marketing Leadership (40%)Develop marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives and business growth targetsLead market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for service differentiation and market expansionEstablish marketing performance frameworks and ROI measurements to demonstrate marketing contribution to revenue pipelineCreate lead generation strategy to address pipeline challenges and support sustainable growthSet strategic direction for brand positioning and market pressureLead Generation Strategy and Optimisation (25%)Design lead generation frameworks that deliver qualified prospects to support new business acquisition targetsEstablish lead qualification criteria and processes in collaboration with sales teamDevelop account-based marketing strategies for key prospect sectorsEstablish service-level agreements between marketing and sales teams for lead quality and conversion optimisationLeadership (20%)Provide strategic direction and leadership to Marketing teamDevelop marketing team capabilities through coaching, goal setting and professional development planningEstablish performance expectations and development pathways for marketing teamBuild marketing expertise across digital channels, content strategy, and B2B technology service marketingFoster collaborative culture within the marketing team that represents razorblue’s core valuesCommercial Integration and Stakeholder Management (15%)Collaborate with executive team to align marketing with business objectivesManage relationships with key stakeholders including sales, service delivery, and client experiencePresent marketing strategy and performance to boardManage marketing budget allocation and vendor relationships at strategic levelEnsure marketing activities support overall commercial strategy and growth objectivesrazorblue requirements:We know its unrealistic to find someone who ticks all of these boxes (extra points if you do), which is why we seek those eager to develop over time through our development resources and peer learning.
