Based in Worsley, their HQ is home to a collaborative, energetic team passionate about bringing joy and personality into homes through beautifully designed items.The RoleAs the Product Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right products land in the right place, at the right time. Supporting the Product Manager, you'll be involved in everything from range planning and assortment optimisation to forecasting, pricing, and sales analysis. Working across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels, you'll collaborate with teams in sales, operations, and marketing to align on stock levels, product availability, and commercial goals. This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days a week) based in Worsley — perfect for someone who wants to have a visible and meaningful impact in a fast-paced, creative business.The PersonYou’ll bring 2–4 years of experience in product merchandising or category management, ideally within a retail or wholesale setting. You’re confident with numbers and enjoy using data to forecast, track trends, and support decision-making. With strong Excel (or Google Sheets) skills and a solid understanding of range planning, inventory, and pricing, you’re comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple priorities. You’re detail-oriented, commercially aware, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a role where you can really shape product performance and support business growth.
