As Pricing & Tariff Manager, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering smart, strategic pricing across our full product portfolio—from core energy offerings to innovative new ventures like solar and power purchase agreements.You’ll head up a small, expert team and serve as the go-to authority for all things pricing and tariff-related. Your mission? To ensure our pricing is not only competitive and commercially sound, but also fully aligned with regulatory frameworks and business goals.In this role, you’ll:Oversee the calculation and implementation of retail tariffsBalance competitiveness, profitability, and risk with precisionGuide your team to reflect company strategy in pricing decisions, forecasting, and cost modellingStay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activityCollaboration is at the heart of what you do. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Sales, IT, and Sustainability to ensure pricing strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly. You’ll also play a key role in launching new products, crafting pricing structures that are both innovative and commercially viable.And beyond the numbers, you’ll maintain oversight of tariff management processes across departments—ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with our commercial ambitions.About youYou’re not just experienced, you’re a pricing pro with a solid background in the energy sector, ready to make an immediate impact. Your understanding of energy cost structures and regulatory frameworks, especially the CMA price cap methodology sets you apart.But it’s not just about the numbers.
