We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedResidential Conveyancerto join our clients growing team based in theStockportarea!500.00 joining bonus!Our client is a reputable legal firm currently going through a period of exciting expansion looking for their next hire.What you'll be doing:You'll be working as part of our clients fast paced conveyancing team responsible for:Managing the legal aspects of residential property sales, purchases and transfersPrepare and review contractsTransferring deedsManage / review mortgage documents and related paperworkCommunicate professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lends and local authoritiesAddress any legal issues and move to solve as quickly as possibleEnsure all the relevant parties are kept up to date in a timely mannerOversee the exchange of contracts, completion of transactions and registration with the land registry.Hours:Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM.Hybrid working may also be an option for the right candidate, allowing you to work 2 days from home each week should that be required.Pay:50,000 - 60,000 per year basic salary + a bonus structure +500 joining bonus.Experience / qualifications required:The ideal candidate will be an experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years experience in probate.You'll also need to be fully qualified in conveyancing ( Solicitor, CILEX qual or a licensed conveyancer)Benefits:33 days holidays (including bank holidays)Bonus structure based on company performanceIncreased pension contributionFree on site parkingCareer development and progressionFriendly and supportive management teamWhat to do next:Apply below and we'll be in touch!JBRP1_UKTJ
