They will lead the Legal Innovation team to design and deliver innovative and effective processes and solutions. They will serve as a point of contact for lawyers and business services teams on legal technology.Act as liaison between lawyers, IT and Innovation teamsProvide training to lawyers on new and existing technologies or processesAssist in conducting creative design workshops with lawyers and clients with the aim of creating innovative solutions and workflowsExperience RequiredAt least six years experience working in a legal technology or innovation / design role.Experience of working with legal technology and Generative AI tools and platforms is required, in addition to workflow tools such as Kira, Legatics or HighQ.Able to clearly articulate technical concepts using non-technical language.Ability to create strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
