We invest in people, ideas, and opportunities across the UK, Africa, and the Caribbean, building a powerful ecosystem rooted in shared ownership and financial empowerment.As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and capable Voluntary HR Recruiter to help us build internal capacity by sourcing talented individuals for a range of volunteer and strategic roles.Role Overview:As a Voluntary HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent for the A.C.U. You’ll help shape the team behind the movement by ensuring we bring in individuals with the right skills, values, and energy.Qualifications Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (voluntary or professional)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for community development, Pan-Afrikan empowerment, or cooperative enterpriseAbility to work independently and manage your own workflowFamiliarity with Google Workspace or other basic admin toolsRemunerations/Benefits Its a Voluntary position so no immediate compensation/salary Potential sweat equity further down the lineFamiliarity with Google Workspace or other basic admin toolsPositive reference if neededPositive impact in advancing our community narrativeSelf fulfilment
