Digital Learning Designer Full-time contract, 14 weeks Start 11th August Remote Our client is a well-established and respected organisation known for its commitment to high standards, professional development, and continuous improvement. Due to a high demand of needs, they are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Designer to join their team and support in a number of areas across learning content production.Required skills and experience:Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departmentsStrong video and animation production skills – e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After EffectsProactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approachProficient in eLearning authoring tools, particularly Rise 360 for responsive contentDemonstrated experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions, from storyboard to final deliverySkilled in incorporating multimedia elements including video, audio, and interactivity; ideally proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (tools such as Powtoon and Vyond are less preferred due to visual style)Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex subject matter through effective SME engagementIn-depth knowledge of current digital learning tools, techniques, and emerging trendsDesirable skills and experience:Experience creating explainer videos and using storytelling techniquesUnderstanding of instructional design principles and how to apply them creativelyThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading professional body who are looking to improve the visual design and creativity surrounding their learning programmes, while still maintaining excellent standards and quality.
