Sales Manager Insurance Brokers Our client is looking for a talented Sales Manager (Or Team Leader) to lead and manage a small team of insurance brokers, driving sales performance and ensuring excellent client service within a commercial insurance broking environment. This is a great broker based in Stockport who are just as invested in the persons skills as they are in cultural fit, it's a growing company within a very experienced and established broking group. Great leadership and plenty of opportunity for growth for the right person. You will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of five brokers, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing support. Drive sales and KPI achievement, ensuring business objectives are consistently met. Analyse team performance data to identify development needs and opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies. Support brokers with complex client cases and business development opportunities. Foster a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. Your Skills: Proven experience managing sales teams in commercial insurance broking or financial services. Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication abilities. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance.
