Job Description An exciting opportunity to join us in a busy Claimant Civil Litigation practice based in Stockport.We have been established for over 40 years and enjoy an enviable reputation. We are a small/medium friendly practice providing first class advice and an excellent service to our clients across a full range of Civil Litigation.An opportunity has arisen for a Fee Earner / Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years doing credit hire and personal injury too, to join our friendly and professional team and to assist in the running of a mixed caseload of Credit (Taxi) Hire and Personal Injury Claims.Applicants should have an in depth up to date working knowledge of these areas of law. Applicants will be expected to have communication and IT skills (including a working knowledge of the OIC and MOJ portals and the protocols relevant thereto) and the confidence and ability to run their own caseload. There are excellent career prospects and future development for the right candidate. You will be a valued member of our experienced team.
