Key Responsibilities: Lead and organise shifts to ensure structure, consistency, and smooth operation. Support, mentor, and guide a team of Residential Support Workers. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people with EBD. Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies. Promote a safe, homely, and positive environment for children in care. Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, regulatory standards, and Ofsted guidelines. Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting children with EBD. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Level 4 preferred or willingness to work towards). Passionate about delivering therapeutic care and improving outcomes for young people.
