German Speaking Sales Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a fluent German-speaking Sales Administrator to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.This role will be based in the office in Stirling 3 days per week and remote 2 days from home.Based within a small, busy, and supportive sales support team, you will provide administration support to the external sales team, whilst delivering high levels of service to customers, with a particular focus on the German market.What Youll Be Doing:Assist customers with general queriesPrepare customer sales quotationsLiaise with internal teams to gather information required for customer quotes and ordersProcess sales orders through the ERP systemTrack sales order progression through the supply chainResolve any sales order issuesRaise despatch paperworkLiaise with hauliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics queriesProvide administration support to the external sales teamRaise credit notes and purchase ordersMaintain accurate pricing records, quotes and customer filesGenerate reports on sales activity, customer accounts, and product movementWhat Were Looking For:Fluent German and English language skills, ideally to business levelExcellent communication skills, able to communicate to internal and external customersThis role is open to experienced administrators as well as recent graduates looking to build a career in international sales supportStrong attention to detail and accuracyAble to prioritise and problem solveConfident IT skills including MS Office and ideally CRM/ERP systemsFlexible, can do, collaborative attitude with a team-oriented approachIf you're looking to build a long-term career in a global business and use your French language skills in a dynamic, customer-focused role, wed love to hear from you.
