Are you the right person for the job? BOHS P402 Qualification (or above) Minimum of 1 year's experience carrying out asbestos surveys Experience in Refurbishment and Management surveys on domestic properties Full UK Driving Licence Ability to pass a DBS check Confident using technology and onsite data collection tools A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work Professional manner, strong work ethic, and self-motivated attitude Training/certifications such as CSCS, Asbestos Medical Certificate, Face Fit, and Working at Height are desirable What will your role look like? Conducting Management and Refurbishment surveys on various domestic properties Carrying out re-inspections and updating asbestos registers and management plans Ensuring compliance with company policies and UKAS accreditation standards Travelling across the Hertfordshire area to client sites as required Using company-provided digital tools to collect onsite data efficiently, supported by a professional and friendly team What can you expect in return?
