This is a high-impact role where your sourcing creativity and industry insight will directly contribute to the growth of a critical account. Source, screen, and interview blue-collar candidates for technician and skilled trade roles within aerospace and defence Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs Partner with onsite security and operations teams to coordinate onboarding and site access Use innovative sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, referrals, and local outreach Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring processes and security protocols Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning Represent Expleo UK professionally onsite and ensure a positive candidate experience No formal degree required-experience and sourcing ability matter most Recruitment certifications (REC, CIPD, etc.) are a plus but not essential TPBN1_UKTJ
