If you’re an experienced IT recruiter seeking more autonomy to shape strategy, implement processes, and engage directly with C-suite clients, this is your opportunity to lead a high-potential function within a respected, high-performing recruitment business. Build and Lead a Permanent FunctionLay the foundations for a successful permanent recruitment division within a leading ERP/tech staffing company Design and implement best-practice recruitment processes and frameworks Lead by example, billing for senior-level roles (permanent and executive) while growing your own team Develop New BusinessOpen new accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients Engage directly with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and Director-level decision makers Deliver Quality TalentSource and manage high-calibre candidates across ERP and wider enterprise tech markets Build a trusted network of C-level and leadership professionals Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation Collaborate & ContributeWork alongside our contract division and Business Development teams to offer full-service solutions Share insights, market intelligence, and help shape a scalable, values-driven permanent recruitment culture Engage with EDR leadership and the wider Org Group to align on growth strategy What You’ll Need7+ years of recruitment experience in IT or technology markets (ERP not required) Experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders, clients, and candidates Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in business development Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build from the ground up High energy, resilience, and ambition to drive new initiatives Fluent English (additional EU languages are a plus) Where You Can Be BasedRemote: Anywhere in the UK or EU Hybrid/Office: Brussels, London, or Dublin What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based bonus Autonomy to shape and own a new division Clear path to leadership – including Practice Lead or Director Full support from senior EDR Directors and the Org Group leadership Cross-functional collaboration with top performers across Europe A flexible, values-led culture with real investment in your success Why This Role?This is more than a desk; it is a business unit in the making.
