Basic knowledge of Windows, iOS, Google devices, MS365, or networking (development support provided). Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Organised, proactive, able to work both independently and in a team. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for IT support within schools. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Deliver friendly, helpful support remotely and on-site. Work with a wide range of technologies including laptops, tablets, cloud platforms, wireless networks, AV equipment, and more. Collaborate with school staff, internal teams and external partners. Technologies UsedWindows, iOS, ChromeOS, Microsoft 365. Cloud platforms and wireless networks.
