Business Development Manager Shower Enclosures, Walk-Ins and Trays Job Title: Business Development Manager Shower Enclosures, Walk-Ins and Trays Industry Sector: Shower enclosures, shower panels, walk-in showers, wetroom systems, shower trays, plumbing and heating merchants, regional housebuilders, private developers, contract marketplace Area to be covered: National based South Remuneration: 55,000 Neg. + 20%-50% Bonus Benefits: Fully expensed Electric Car & Full Benefits The role of the Business Development Manager Shower Enclosures, Walk-Ins and Trays will involve: Contract field sales position, selling our clients designed and manufactured mid-upper range of shower enclosures, shower panels, walk-ins, wet room systems and shower trays Selling into plumbing and heating merchants and regional housebuilders New business development role Our client is relevantly new to the contract market Following up on leads from City Plumbing, MKM, JT Atkinson, William Wilson, Premier Contracts, UKPS etc. (our client has trading agreements with them all due the retail side of their business) Tasked with achieving circa 750,000 (FY 26/27) Order values from 20,000 up to 150,000 Reporting on CRM system The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Shower Enclosures, Walk-Ins and Trays with: Must have sold to housebuilders and plumbing or builders merchants Ideally from a plumbing & heating background KBB sales experience may be preferred Must be a new business hunter Specific showering product knowledge is not essential as full product training will be provided Outgoing team player Autonomous and able to hit the ground running Dynamic / energetic approach Must be prepared to put in the hours The Company: Approx. 200 Employees Circa 20m turnover Privately held Multiple UK manufacturing facilities Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs, construction field sales vacancies and specification field sales positions within: Shower enclosures, shower panels, walk-in showers, wetroom systems, shower trays, plumbing and heating merchants, regional housebuilders, private developers, contract marketplace TPBN1_UKTJ
