This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaborating with operational teams, driving financial performance, and contributing to longterm organisational success.Working as part of a dedicated finance team, youll partner with managers across the business to deliver insightful analysis, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic decisionmaking.The RoleProvide expert financial business partnering to budget holders, helping them understand management accounts and performance.Lead forecasting discussions, analyse variances, and support consolidation of annual group forecasts.Produce monthly payroll analysis, highlight discrepancies, and support managers in understanding staffing commitments.Maintain the General Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Fixed Asset Register with accurate and timely entries.Oversee weekly cash flow updates and maintain a rolling 36month cash flow forecast.Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating anomalies prior to review.Support statutory financial statements and regulatory returns while contributing to audit and governance improvements.Provide adhoc financial analysis to support business cases and strategic decisions.Candidate ProfileAt least five years experience working within a finance environment, ideally in a partnering or management reporting role.AAT qualified, recently qualified, or studying towards a professional accountancy qualification.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.A proactive, organised approach with the ability to see tasks through to completion and drive continuous improvement.If you''re looking for an opportunity where your insight and influence can make a measurable difference, wed love to hear from you.Apply today, or contact Hays Accountancy & Finance for a confidential discussion. # 4772286
