At Akkodis, youll join a dynamic environment that values continuous learning and global collaboration, where you can make a meaningful impact through innovative projects that shape the future of technology.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and initiatives within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.This role is best suited to someone who has delivered digital products or platforms from concept through to launch and continuous improvement, working closely with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will understand how to drive delivery in an Agile environment, balancing pace, collaboration, planning, and stakeholder management to ensure digital initiatives move effectively from idea through to execution.This is not a traditional IT infrastructure or PMO-led project management role. We are specifically looking for someone with a strong background in digital delivery, Agile ways of working, and cross-functional product-focused teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of digital products, platforms, or customer-facing initiatives from discovery through to launch and live deliveryWork closely with product managers, designers, developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective deliveryRun and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery reviewsManage timelines, priorities, risks, blockers, and dependencies across digital workstreamsCreate structure and momentum across product and delivery teams without becoming overly process-heavyEnsure delivery aligns with business goals, customer needs, and product objectivesSupport teams through the full digital delivery lifecycle, from initial requirements and planning through to implementation and optimisationWork with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure alignment on outcomesApply Agile, Scrum, and where needed waterfall delivery approaches appropriately depending on the phase or stakeholder environmentHelp improve delivery ways of working, team collaboration, and execution across digital programmesRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Digital Project Manager, Senior Digital Project Manager, Digital Delivery Manager, or similarStrong experience delivering digital products, digital platforms, websites, customer journeys, or marketing-related digital initiativesExperience working in Agile environments with product and delivery teamsStrong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile delivery practicesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, design, development, and business stakeholdersExperience taking digital initiatives through the full lifecycle, from planning and discovery to launch and live deliveryAbility to manage delivery flow, priorities, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced digital environmentExperience in digital, marketing, or customer-focused environments is highly desirableIdeal BackgroundWe are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in environments such as:digital productsdigital marketing platformscustomer-facing digital experienceswebsite or platform deliverye-commerce, martech, or digital transformationagencies, consultancies, or in-house digital teamsKey SkillsAgile deliveryScrum / Sprint managementDigital project deliveryProduct and delivery collaborationStakeholder managementRoadmap and dependency managementRisk and issue managementJira / Confluence or similar toolsStrong communication and organisational skillsNice to HaveScrum Master certification or strong Scrum Master-style experienceExperience working alongside Product Managers / Product OwnersExperience in digital marketing, campaign delivery, or customer experience programmesExperience balancing Agile delivery with light-touch governance where needed
