You'll play a key role in:Leading, coaching and developing engineersPlanning workloads, bids and delivery commitmentsDriving continuous improvement and modern engineering practicesOwning and overseeing technical work packages from concept through to deliveryThis role blends people leadership, technical authority and project management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the engineering while shaping direction and outcomes.
