Louise Bradley Design Studio (LB) is a London-based, internationally recognised, and highly regarded interior design and interior architecture practice, providing turnkey services to discerning clients in the luxury residential market. Our projects vary in scale and complexity and are located worldwide.Role SummaryThe Senior FF&E Designer (Level 2) is responsible for leading the creative design process and overseeingproject management to ensure that each project reflects the Louise Bradley brand. This role requiresmaintaining the highest standards set by Louise Bradley while meeting client expectations and deliveringexceptional results in the luxury residential market.Required QualificationsDegree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.Extensive experience in FF&E design, preferably in luxury residential projects.Proficiency with Vectorworks (or similar CAD software), Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.Excellent project management and budgeting skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.ResponsibilitiesDesign LeadershipServe as the main point of contact for all project stages, from attending initial client briefings (includingpotential new client meetings) to developing FF&E schemes, presenting concepts, and preparing specifications and costings.Provide creative expertise and direction to junior FF&E designers, guiding them through the design process.Work closely with 3D Visualization teams to ensure creative concepts align with brand standards and project deadlines.Motivate and mentor junior designers, aiding their professional development and understanding of the LB design philosophy.Project Management & CoordinationOversee bespoke design development, collaborating with suppliers and the in-house Procurement team to ensure timely delivery of products to the warehouse in line with project schedules.Assist the Senior Team in implementing and monitoring project deadlines and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.Organize and oversee site installations with the project team, ensuring finished projects meet LB standards.Technical & Documentation SkillsPossess strong knowledge of interior architecture, with the ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings. Use Vectorworks (or similar) for floor plans, elevations, and furniture drawings.Supervise the preparation of design documentation by all FF&E designers, maintaining written standards and control procedures.Quality Control & Supplier ManagementCollaborate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams on quality control processes for both new and existing suppliers. Oversee that estimating software is running smoothly and that training programs for new starters are properly implemented.Team & Resource ManagementMonitor and supervise FF&E team meetings, planning, and delegating tasks and responsibilities.Work with the Senior Team on budget oversight, ensuring creative decisions align with financial constraints.Brand Representation & Product DevelopmentConfidently present the Louise Bradley brand to potential new clients.Partner with designers on product development, including the ongoing curation and expansion of the FF&E library of fabrics and finishes, to keep the Louise Bradley brand at the forefront of interior design trends.Desired AttributesProven track record mentoring junior designers.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and brand consistency.Keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving.Client-facing experience, with a polished and professional demeanour.
