Join Watford Mencap’s small but mighty HR team and help power our mission to support over 800 people with learning disabilities.You’ll lead on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, compliance, and employee relations, all while building brilliant relationships across the charity. It’s a varied generalist role, perfect for someone CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards), with strong HR admin experience and great communication skills.Tasks will include:Delivering timely and accurate advice and administration across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and exit processes. Supporting the HR Manager in the smooth delivery of a high-quality HR service. Being the first point of contact in HR, responding to employees, line managers and recruitment candidates in a timely manner. Supporting and maintaining HR systems and processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
