Care Manager | Glasgow| Full Time | 28,000 33,000 (DOE) Our client is a trusted and regulated domiciliary care provider delivering compassionate, person-centred support across England and Scotland. They are proudly registered with both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England and the Care Inspectorate Scotland (CIS), ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance in all their services. Are you the right person for the job? Hold a Level 3 SVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) At least 2 years' experience in a senior role such as Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care Be a strong communicator, organised, and passionate about person-centred care Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle What will your role look like? Supporting the daily management of the domiciliary care service Supervising, motivating, and guiding care staff to deliver excellent standards of care Conducting care assessments, reviews, and ensuring care plans are accurate and person-centred Monitoring compliance with CQC standards and company policies Liaising with service users, families, and external professionals to maintain strong relationships Assisting with rota management and ensuring adequate staffing levels Promoting a positive, supportive, and professional working environment What can you expect in return?
