Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a central role in driving growth.Youll oversee strategy and execution across both digital and trade marketing channels, manage external agencies, and play a key role in new product launches. You will also line-manage our part-time Social Media Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingDevelop and execute the digital marketing plan to support growth across DTC and retailDay-to-day lead for digital performance agency (Meta and Google Ads)Analyse performance and produce weekly reportsManage our Shopify website: update products, run promotions, manage and brief SEO/web dev agenciesLead Klaviyo email marketing: design and build, campaign creation, flow automation, audience optimisationBrief and support external agencies for content, creative, and PRManage the marketing budget and allocate spend across channelsTrade MarketingBuild seasonal trade marketing calendars and promotionsDevelop toolkits and assets for salon and spa partnersCreate and schedule trade promotional emails in KlaviyoCollaborate with commercial team on retailer launches and onboarding supportManage printed collateral and point of sale materialsNew Product DevelopmentAssist in the research and development of new products (working in collaboration with external labs and manufacturers) Work with Marketing Director on the new product launch planning, including; packaging briefing, and creative campaign executionWho we're looking forEssential:6+ years in marketing, ideally within the beauty, wellness or lifestyle sectorsIdeally experience working for a DTC brand, including scaling and improving customer retentionHands-on experience with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4Proven success managing agencies and executing campaigns directlyHighly organised and confident juggling multiple workstreams and deadlinesStrong communication skills and a collaborative spiritComfortable line managing and mentoring team members remotelyCreative and lateral thinkerMotivated, self-starterDesirable:Knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics and analyticsBackground in both B2B and DTC marketing strategiesRole DetailsLocation: Staplehurst, Kent (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote)Reports to: Marketing DirectorTeam: Manages part-time Social Media ManagerSalary: circa 43kPerks: Monthly product allowance and generous product discounts for friends and family, wellness-driven culture, opportunity to make a meaningful impact, flexible working opportunities around family responsibilities, generous holiday, summer FridaysJoin Sea Magik at the start of something transformative.
