Engine Mechanic

Job DescriptionWe're looking for an Engine Mechanic/Approved TechnicianJoin our team in Stansted and play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a variety of engine types, including CFM56, LEAP, V2500, RB211, CF6, CF34, PW4000, PW1000G and Trent700. The position offers a competitive salary of up to 50,457.28 per annum, with an additional shift premium for all approvals held.This is a shift-based role with the following pattern: 5/4/4/5/5/5 (7AM to 7PM). Key Responsibilities:- Participate in maintenance and repair activities.- Work effectively to meet company objectives and turnaround times.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and all relevant manuals.- Promote a safe and efficient working environment.- Assist with company directives and strategies for business growth.- Maintain quality standards and adhere to Health and Safety policies. Ideal Candidate:- Time served aerospace industry apprentice with at least 2 years' experience post-apprenticeship.- Experience in a busy engine shop with a previously held company approval on at least one listed engine type.- Knowledge of relevant ATA chapters, Part 145, and FAA regulations.- Excellent organisational and communication skills.- Flexible, team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ready to become part of our dynamic team?
